			A 20% non-refundable deposit is required before work will begin on your portrait. This deposit is required to cover the cost of materials. The client will be provided with a photograph of the completed portrait for approval. The balance is due when the client is satisfied with the finished portrait. You are under no obligation to purchase the painting unless you are completely satisfied. However, the material deposit will not be refunded.
